Well, do you have more than a week for your holiday? This is for you. This is a fairly budget safari covering the best places in South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe visiting places like the famous Victoria falls, Okavanga delta, chobe national park and Kruger National Park in South Africa. You will experience luxuru from accommodation, game drives and most importantly the luxury helicopter ride over the falls.

You can’t afford to miss this if your wish is to visit souther part of Africa combining the 3 countries. This can also be tailor-made to your preference depending on how many days you have for your holiday.

In the itinerary below, you will find more details for each palace you will be visiting.

Itinerary:

Day 01;

Guests arrive at O.Tambo airport in JHB,

On time to connect by air Botswana BP 212 to Maun departing at 1115 arrives Maun at 1315

Welcome at the airport and transfer by charter flight to Okavango Delta at Moremi crossing

Lunch at the camp

High Tea is served from 300pm to 330pm

Guest to depart for water activity in exploring the Okavango either by boat/ Mokoro/ walk

Return to camp

Dinner and overnight at the camp

MOREMI CROSSING

Moremi Crossing is a new 16-tent camp built on a palm fringed island surrounded by Okavango’s game-rich seasonal floodplains and overlooking Chief’s Island. The camp is located only a short 6-minute boat ride from Main Camp. Moremi Crossing is a new style safari camp combining luxury with simplicity leading the way in making the Okavango Delta as environmentally friendly as possible. The camp runs off a massive solar-panel, which feeds power to the entire camp. Hot water is supplied through a state-of-the-art solar-heated geyser system, delivering hot water to each room.

Day 02:

05.30am wake up call, followed by tea and coffee

 06.30am clients to depart for a morning activity,; takes about 3 hrs

 Brunch at the Camp

 P.m at leisure; high tea is served from 300pm

 P.m activities start at 330 for 2 and half hrs

 Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Activities

Activities include mokoro excursions and guided game walks on Chief’s Island, which is part of the Moremi Game Reserve and just across the Boro River that separates it from Ntswi Island.

Two guests are allocated one guide who then transports them in his mokoro to different areas within of the game reserve where they commence their walk. Guides converse in English and point out not only big game, but also bird life and plant life. Guests can learn anything from plants and their medicinal uses, to birds and their calls. It is an amazing way to experience the Delta and many guests leave appreciating the smaller life as opposed to just the normal big five!

Day 03:

05.30am wake up call, followed by tea and coffee

06.30am clients to depart for a morning activity,; takes about 3 hrs

Brunch at the Camp

On time you will be transferred by charter to Kasane, welcome and transfer to Chobe Marina located   about 10 minutes’ drive from airport

CHOBE BUSH LODGE

The Newly Chobe Bush Lodge that opened in October 2014 is situated in Kasane directly on the border with Chobe National Park and within 150m from Chobe River front.

The Chobe National Park Covers an area of aver 11 000 squire kilometers, it takes its name from the Chobe River, the park is located in a unique angle bordering the 4 countries i.e. Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, and Angola, the park is known for a wide variety of diverse habitats which are home to the greatest concentration of game in the entire southern African subcontinent and has the largest number of Elephants in the world.

The lodge is more intimate with atleast 38 spacious luxury en-suite rooms each one with open plan bathroom featuring both bath and a shower, air-conditioning, TV and safe. The rooms are completed in modern-bush style design. Bottom rooms will have verandas while the top rooms will have balconies with exquisite views over Chobe National park.The rooms and facilities of Chobe Bush Lodge have mixed views over Chobe National Park and Chobe floodplains in the far distance.

Day 04:

Breakfast at the lodge

0900am guests to depart for a FULL-DAY Game drive with PACKED LUNCH in the Chobe National Park, this will give more opportunity to see more game

Return about 400pm

Day 05;

Breakfast at the lodge

720am; you will be picked up for onward transfer to Victoria Falls, the drive will take about 20 minutes to the border (please complete immigration and Visa formalities)

On time you depart with our driver guide to Victoria Falls town about 50 minutes’ drive

Followed by a tour of the fall/ the Bridge/ Big Tree and open market

(Note; own walk- in the Rain forest shall take about 2 hours)

Lunch at Victoria Falls hotel, c/o guests to pay

Overnight at Elephant Hills / Ilala Hotel or similar

The Elephant Hills, situated 4kms out of the town on a small hill, provides panoramic views of the Zambezi River and spray from the Victoria Falls. This luxury hotel is decorated with an ethnic essence of Zimbabwe and even boasts an impressive miniature replica of The Victoria Falls in the middle.The rooms are spacious, each with its own balcony and views over the gardens or surrounding area. Many of the rooms have connecting doors which is ideal for families.The Elephant Hills hotel certainly does not lack entertainment with a casino, two swimming pools, tennis courts, squash courts and much more. The building with its thatched roof is an unmistakable landmark in the area. Even though it does blend into the surroundings.

The golf course is the only golf course in the area. This 18-hole course designed by Gary Player is a must play! Although the course might not be in as good a condition as it used to be – one can very often find impala and warthog grazing alongside of the greens – a unique and magical sight

Day 06;

After breakfast

This is your day to explore other activities, e.g. Lion encounter / 13 mnts Helicopter over the Falls/ Bung Jump/ River swing etc, (note; these can be booked at the Hotel and transfers will be provided,)

The famous Panorama Route in Mpumalanga is best known for its cultural heritage and its dramatic landscapes. Offering a vast array of exciting options for the visitor, the Panorama Route hosts some of the best adrenalin enhancing adventures in the country as well as some more placid pastimes.

One of the major highlights of the region is the Blyde River Canyon Reserve, home to spectacular wildlife and birdlife and some of the best views in South Africa. The Blyde River Canyon is the third largest canyon of its kind in the world. Other highlights include the exquisite waterfalls in Graskop and Sabie, the Echo Caves that speak of Africa’s powerful tribes such as Pedi, Mapulane and Swazi, trails left behind by the Voortrekkers in regions such as Lydenberg and Ohrigstad, ancient artistic footprints left by indigenous peoples of Africa and the Gold Rush territory, Pilgrim’s Rest, home to the early gold prospectors.

Day 08;

After breakfast

830am you will be picked up from JHB en route to Hezyview /Hoedspruit Panorama route / with  light lunch, after tour , you proceed to Hazyview

Hippo Hollow is nestled amongst lush indigenous gardens on the outskirts of Hazyview, and is only a 10 minute drive from the world famous Kruger National Park, making it the ideal destination from which to access the reserves of the Lowveld and the sights of Mpumalanga.

At Hippo Hollow guests are accommodated in unique thatched Garden and River Chalets and Courtyard Hotel Rooms, which either overlook the beautiful gardens or the impressive Sabie River.

Day 09;

Transfer to Nkorho Bush lodge about 1 hour and half drive

Nkorho Bush Lodge is situated in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve and shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park. An African Jewel, with a diverse abundance of wildlife.

Day 10;

Morning Tea and coffee before departure for game drive
