Arrival in Nairobi

Day 1:                    Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

Early morning breakfast at the hotel; 0730hrs, meet your driver guide at the hotel reception ready to start your safari. After a short introduction and briefing, depart for the drive to Lake Nakuru national park with a brief stop at the escarpment over-looking the Great Rift Valley and mt. Longonot with a view of Lake Elementaita from distance. Mid-morning game drives en route to the lodge upon entering the park arriving in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru sopa lodge. Afternoon game drives with dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru lodge

Day 2:                    Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara

Early morning breakfast. Depart for the drive to masai mara with a short game drive as you exit lake Nakuru national park with a short stop over at Narok town; you will arrive in Masai Mara early in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in search of game where most of animals you are likely to see are elephants, buffaloes, lions, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, different times of gazelles, birds, cheetah, leopard among many others returning back before dark falls. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or similar

Day 3:                    Masai Mara:

Today, you will spend the whole day on game drives. Since it is a private safari, in discussion with your driver guide the decision on how you want to spend the day is at your disposal. Like you can decide to have an early morning game drives returning back in time for breakfast, mid-morning game drives before lunch and another game drives late in the afternoon or even have an early morning game drives with picnic breakfast thus having the entire morning on game drives returning back in time for lunch or even have an early morning breakfast and depart with picnic lunch thus spending the entire day on game drives returning back at your own time. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar

Day 4:                    Full day Masai Mara:

Today, you will spend the whole day on game drives. Since it is a private safari, in discussion with your driver guide the decision on how you want to spend the day is at your disposal. Like you can decide to have an early morning game drives returning back in time for breakfast, mid-morning game drives before lunch and another game drives late in the afternoon or even have an early morning game drives with picnic breakfast thus having the entire morning on game drives returning back in time for lunch or even have an early morning breakfast and depart with picnic lunch thus spending the entire day on game drives returning back at your own time. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar

Day 5:                    Masai Mara – Bungoma:

Early morning breakfast. Depart for the drive to Bungoma town for an overnight through lake Bogoria where you will have a chance to see hot springs due volcanic activities in the great rift valley. Dinner and overnight at Bungoma

Day 6:                    Bungoma – Kampala:

Early morning breakfast. 0800hrs, depart for the drive to Uganda through Malaba bounder for immigration clearance. Here you will be met by our Uganda office representative/tour leader who will be with you for the rest of the Uganda part of your safari. Continue with drive to Kampala arriving late in the afternoon for dinner and overnight at Kampala Serena

Day 7:                    Kampala – Murchison falls:

After breakfast, you will head northward. There will be lunch stop in Masindi before proceeding to the Murchison falls. You will begin to encounter a variety of birds, monkeys, and baboons in the cool Budongo forest as you are guided along. You will also enjoy the mighty falls views at the top before crossing the river Nile to your camping grounds for dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge

Day 8:                    Murchison Falls National Park:

Enjoy an early morning game drive enabling you to see the Giraffe, lions Elephants, Oribi, Bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck hyena, the leopard and a three hours launch trip in the afternoon after your lunch, allows you more bird watching of species like the shoebill and animals like: – crocodiles, hippos and elephants, before retiring to your camp for overnight at Murchison River Lodge

Day 9:                    Murchison falls – Bwindi National Park

After breakfast at 0615am cross the river Nile to depart for Bwindi forest national park through Hoima with a lunch stop Fort portal Restaurant  then proceed to Bwindi arriving at your hotel for overnight dinner at Silverback Lodge

Day 10:                 Bwindi National Park

After breakfast you will receive the daily briefing from your guide before you leave for the forest for gorilla trekking. Once the gorillas are spotted, you shall return to the hotel for lunch. Afterwards, enjoy afternoon guided village walk to learn more about the communities around the Bwindi Park.  Dinner and overnight at Silverback Lodge

Day 11:                 Bwindi National Park – via Kampala

Early breakfast and depart Bwindi gorilla National park for Kampala. Lunch shall be served en route and just in case you need souvenirs then you will have an opportunity to stop at the equator.

Each safari is different in structure and cost, depending on specific individual needs, desires, interest and we are committed to being flexible, however the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Deposit
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservations as per requested itinerary and your acceptance that that’s what you have asked for and the balance payable 45 days prior to safari or accommodation date. If it’s a last minute booking, our reservations officer you are dealing with will advise you on the best mode of payment like you can pay a deposit to confirm and balance payable on arrival in cash; this can apply to all other bookings too..

2. Cancellation Policy
Just in case any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges as indicated below:

If cancellation is done:
• Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged.
• Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending with the lodge/camp.
• Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged.
• 60 days and over – full payment returned less bank charges for the transfer and 5% operation cost.

3. Method of Payment
Payments are to be made directly into our bank account through a bank transfer or through paypal account or through the website secure online payment while booking your safari. However, all payment must be made in full and free of any bank charges.

    • 1 gorilla permit per person (Bwindi) per person USD $700
    • Game drives and walks
    • Entrance fees to the national parks
